Refund policy

We strive to provide the highest quality products for our customers however if you believe your item is damaged or defective you can contact us at sandydigs21@gmail.com. Please include: your name, order number and images of any fault for review.

If accepted, we’ll send you postal instructions. Once item/s received you’ll be notified and refunded on your original payment and return postage. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since you were notified of your refund, please contact us at sandydigs21@gmail.com.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If the sizing isn't quite right, we will happily exchange the item or provide you with a store credit if we don't have the size you require in stock. To request an exchange please contact us at sandydigs21@gmail.com. You’ll be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. The item/s will need to be posted back to us at your expense. Please note, if the package does not reach us we cannot complete the exchange. We recommend posting via a traceable means and to retain proof of purchase until you receive confirmation that your exchange has been processed.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unsoiled, unaltered and unwashed. Your returned item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.

Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.

The original postage and handling costs are non-refundable on exchanged items.

We do not exchange or refund gift cards or any item/s purchased on clearance.

We do not exchange or refund for a change of mind on sale item/s.

Sandy Digs reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.
