It was nice to see plenty of people about mid-school term at Husky Markets, on a day that threatened rain. (I think its ok to say that now - I've learnt 'rain' is a dirty word at the markets that no one dares to utter). I've generally noticed and admire just how resilient and upbeat stallholders are in the face of some pretty challenging conditions. We sat out of July Markets due to gale force winds, but the market went ahead, and many stoic stallholders faced up and went about their day. The beautiful south coast sure has some strong, unpredictable weather patterns.
It seemed a slower day for most, but it was good to move more of our winter stock and offer a special on men's tees leading up to Father's Day. This will be available online until 9pm 3rd September 2023 so check it out and treat Dad to some new threads!
